Shipping policy

All online order will be sent using Australia Post Express - Order sent directly will include tracking code, All sent from wholesaler tracking codes will be kept in office.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of the order received and this is when order processing will commence. The estimated delivery time period is provided in the product details page.

How long will it take to receive my order, once I paid?

The estimated delivery times in Australia are in 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays for normal shipping and 3 to 5 business days for express shipping. But can be longer there is no guarantees.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

Once an order has been processed and payment has been authorized, you will receive an order confirmation including shipment details via email. Order processing may take 2-3 days depending on the method of payment. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment, we will contact you by email

Which courier companies do you use?

We mainly use Australia Post, Toll, Fastway but can vary.

What if I am not available when my goods are delivered?

Due to varying delivery driver schedules, we are unable to arrange preferred times for you, so it’s important to be at the nominated address to receive goods. In the event you are not home to receive your delivery, a notification card will be left at the address so that you can arrange re-delivery, or collect from a local depot or post office. If you think you are not going to be home during the day, you can have the product delivered to your work place.

How can I track my delivery

We encourage you to visit the “couriers company” website for tracking details with the tracking code that is sent to your email address you entered for the order. We do not have access to the information directly to trace.

Cost of Shipping?

Please note the the Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be in addition to the listed product price on the product page. All total costs will be totaled and final price includes GST.
